How long will it take?
We normally ship out in 1-2 business days after we have
received payment and received all information needed to
print out your order. Announcements are shipped out
within 4-5 business days.

Can pictures be included on wrappers,
invitations, and notecards/thank you cards?
Yes, pictures can be included. A proof will be
sent, within 24-48 hours, for your review prior to printing.

Can a verse or saying be
printed on the inside of the notecards?
Yes.

How many pictures should I send?
As many as you'd like. We will work with you to
highlight one picture or showcase your "collection".

Do I need to edit my pictures?
No. Send your picture(s) in the biggest file size
possible - the bigger the file size, the better the quality.
No need to be concerned with cropping or taking out red-eye.

How do I send the addresses to you?
Email your addresses (Word or Excel) to
order@signed-sealed-and-delivered.com.

Do I need to place an order to use the Mailing Services?
No. We will provide the Mailing Services even if you
do not place an order.
You can email your guest list to
order@signed-sealed-and-delivered.com
(Excel or Word) or send a hardcopy to us with your
invitations. Your hardcopy will be
returned to you upon completion of your order.

What forms of payment
do you accept?
We accept credit cards via PayPal, personal checks, money
orders, and cashier's checks. We wait for personal
checks to clear. All other forms of payment are considered
cleared when they are received.

can it cost so low?
Due
to our volume, we are able to offer our services at
very reasonable rates. However, be assured customer service and
attention to detail are not compromised.
